Great video. I’ve seen one of those catamarans race in the Buzzard’s Bay Regatta. It had finished by the time most of the single hulled boats got the the first mark!
that’s pretty sweet. seems odd to have them race at the same time on the same course!
They ran catamarans and odd PHRF classes on the same course and they had us all start together.
yeah, I understand it’s pretty common to run mixed class races, but it seems a bit odd to have a cat running around the course that much faster than some of the other boats!
